2. Services Provided

88 Detailing provides car detailing services which include exterior washing, interior cleaning, polishing, waxing ,Ceramic coating and other related services as specified in our service packages.

3. Bookings and Appointments

3.1. All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or in person. 3.2. Appointments are subject to availability. 3.3. A confirmation email or message will be sent once the booking is confirmed. 3.4 All booking reschedules must be made 24 hour prior to the appointment unless spoken with 88 detailing representative.

4. Payments

4.1. Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or other electronic payment methods accepted by 88 Detailing. 4.2. Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. 4.3. Prices are subject to change without notice, but we will honor the price quoted at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

5.1. Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. 5.2. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. 5.3. 88 Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. 5.4 All booking reschedules must be made 24 hour prior to the appointment unless spoken with 88 detailing representative.

6. Liability

6.1. 88 Detailing will take all reasonable care of your vehicle while it is in our possession. 6.2. We are not liable for any pre-existing damages or conditions of the vehicle. 6.3. Any claims of damage must be reported to 88 Detailing before the vehicle leaves our premises. 6.4. We are not responsible for any loss of personal items left in the vehicle.

7. Customer Responsibilities

7.1. Customers are responsible for removing all personal items from their vehicles before the service. 7.2. 88 Detailing is not liable for any personal items left in the vehicle. 7.3. Customers must ensure that their vehicle is in a condition suitable for the requested detailing service.

8. Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

8.1. 88 Detailing strives to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. 8.2. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours to address your concerns. 8.3. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues to your satisfaction. 8.4 Any concerns regarding the vehicles service or outcome must be rectified within 7 days, anytime after the 7 days has passed 88 Detailing is no longer responsible for the vehicle or the service.

9. Privacy

9.1. 88 Detailing is committed to protecting your privacy. 9.2. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. 10.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

11.1. 88 Detailing reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 11.2. Customers will be notified of any changes through our website or other communication channels.
