Welcome to 88 Detailing! These terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) are a legal agreement between 88 Detailing (“we”, “us”, “our” or the “Company”) and you (“User”, “you” or “your”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the 88 Detailing services and any of its related products and services (collectively, the “Services”). 1. Services

88 Detailing provides professional mobile car detailing services in Australia. Our services may include, but are not limited to, interior and exterior car cleaning, waxing, polishing, and other detailing services as agreed upon.

2. Booking and Appointments

a. To schedule an appointment, users must provide accurate and complete information regarding the location and condition of the vehicle to be serviced.

b. Appointment availability is subject to our scheduling system and may vary based on demand and location.

c. Booking appointments travel time may vary from booked time + or – 15 minutes.

3. Pricing and Payment

a. Prices for our services are available upon request and may vary based on the type of service, vehicle size, and location all numbers on our website are for reference only price will be confirmed upon inspection of vehicle before Job .

b. Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

c. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other forms of payment as agreed upon in advance, there is a card+ GST fee of 10% if customer choses to pay with card.

a. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

b. Refunds will be provided only in cases where services have not been rendered or where 88 Detailing fails to meet agreed-upon service standards.

5. Liability

a. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your vehicle during service, 88 Detailing shall not be liable for any damage or loss to the vehicle or its contents.

b. Users are responsible for removing any valuables or sensitive items from the vehicle prior to service.

6. Warranty

a. We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill.

b. Any issues or concerns with the service provided must be reported within 24 hours of completion, and we will endeavor to rectify the issue in a timely manner.

7. Privacy

a. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided to us will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

8. Governing Law

a. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to This Agreement

a. 88 Detailing reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the revised terms on our website or through other appropriate channels.
